Xposure are really excited to be involved with the brand design, product development and delivery of the new Pavelka Brand based on the work of Fitness Expert and Extreme Weight Loss Specialist, Jessie Pavelka.

Jessie Pavelka is known in the UK for his work with Sky TV Networks for whom he hosts raw but sensitive programmes such as Obese: A Year to Save my Life and Fat: The Fight of my Life.

The exponential growth of Jessie's fanbase over the past few years has led to the development of the Pavelka range of health based programmes which are to be launched this November. Everything is based on the Pavelka Four Elements of Health - Movement, Food, Mind Power and Family.

Work has now begun on a revolutionary health and support membership website called The Pavelka House. Members will become part of the Pavelka family and will have access to a whole range of resources 24 hours a day. For instance, in the kitchen, they can learn about Food, get menu and recipe ideas, or see a video of Jessie preparing healthy snacks and treats.

The Garden is all about Movement - one of the Four elements of The Pavelka Way to Health. Jessie uses nature as a backdrop and vistors can pick and choose their own workouts.

Other rooms include the Lounge for family and friendship, The Sanctuary for relaxation and the Video room for consistently updated motivational videos and podcasts.

Jessie said.

'I have been asked for quite some time now for help from all sorts of people. Many have weight issues, but others just want to increase their level of fitness to feel better. Now I really can help. I have based the programmes on how I work with my cients and this is how Pavelka has been designed.'

The website is due to be launched in early 2014.

Meanwhile, Jessie is travelling over to the UK this November when he is holding a limited number of Pavelka Day Workshops working one on one with attendees as they embark on their own very personal weight loss and health journeys.

Potential attendees apply for a place on one of the workshops so that the team can ensure everyone receives value from the day

Full details and how to apply can be found on the Pavelka Page which announces the new brand and the up and coming Pavelka House website.
