Jill Tipping has spent the past 5 years learning at the coalface about the 'importance of profile' during her time of managing the PR for England Rugby Player Ben Cohen MBE.

After creating his social media platform and managing his retirement process from professional sport she assisted him in the setting up of his own Foundation.

Jill is now working with new clients to give them the personal presence they need to maximise their potential.

Amy Webb is loving the challenge of her new role as account manager with Xposure.

Her communication skills have come from working in the banking sector for the past few years helping her customers to achieve their financial outcomes.
